Shipping policy

Ten09 is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by UPS, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

FAQS: 

• How long does it take to process and ship my order?  PLEASE NOT THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND SHIPPING CAN FLUCTUATE BETWEEN 1-30 BUSINESS DAYS. Once the merchandise is bottled, the next step would be for it to be observed by Quality Control, which takes 10-14 days before being shipped. That way we know it is skin safe and all ingredients are added with perfection. After being observed by QC, the merchandise is then boxed and shipped to you which will take 7-14 business days. 
• Where do you ship? Shipping is available in most countries. 
  
• When will I receive my tracking number? Tracking numbers are sent once orders have been processed. Meaning, they have went through QC and the shipping label has been created.
